Shoulders are a bit rough today, going to have to take it easy. Hot damn, my wrist on my right wrist was giving me some trouble. BOOOOOO!!! I don’t like it when I can’t perform to my full capability.

Again Klaus, coming through like a champ. I didnt quite make it to my HSPU’s yesterday, but this Saturday I’m definitely going to be doing these. I may have to do another form check on my HSPU’s. I may be leaning too far forward or something and thats why my wrist is tweaking a bit.
