So, thank you everyone how’s left me comments / posts recently. I’m super busy at the moment, and my girlfriend surprised me this weekend! – Didnt leave me too much time to catch up on things. It was hard enough to squeak in a workout this evening. Although she did sign us up for a ‘hot’ yoga class on Saturday. Literally was like doing yoga in a sauna. First time I’ve almost passed out working out haha. Anyway, I’ve set aside a few hours tomorrow to catch up on comments and such – again thanks for leaving me them! I do read them and I’ll get a response back 🙂

Warmup: Wide Grip Pullups

  • 12 Wide Grip Pullups
  • 12 Wide Grip Pullups

Set 1: Full Pullups

  • 12 Full Pullups

Set 2:

  • 11 Full Pullups

Set 1: Pistol Squats

  • 8 Pistol Squats ( Left )
  • 8 Pistol Squats ( Right )

Set 2:

  • 9 Pistol Squats ( Left )
  • 9 Pistol Squats ( Right )
