8th of October, 2012 — Workout — Insanity Abs & 1/2 One-Arm Pushups

Whats happening all you crazy convicts! Well, I’m normally supposed to do Squats & Pullups today, but my roomie wanted to do Insanity today. I obliged, because I’m always down to workout with someone – doesn’t happen too often! She only wanted to do the abs deal today, so I decided to swap my routines and do tomorrow’s routine today.

I’m definitely feeling good on switching to my legs close together for these 1/2 One-Arm Pushups. Getting easier and easier every time I crank them out. I know it’s going to be much more difficult once I have my legs together though! I’m kind of excited honestly to see how many I can do – if any yet.

Don’t know what to put for the Insanity Ab workout, but it was only ~ 16 minutes long. It wasn’t the best ab workout, but the ending where it was Planks gave me a nice little burn. Again, I’m just glad to be able to do any workout with someone else. I’m not even sure the last time I had worked out with someone honestly.

Klaus, you’re going to have to wait until my next round of Leg Raises ( It will definitely be Thursday – I need to know! ). It will be greatly appreciated.

Honestly not too many thoughts to write about today, was looking forward to working out and got a great one in today. How was your workout today convict?! Any struggles or victories for me, I’d love to hear them 🙂
