Today’s workout I’m going to do circuit style – no break’s. Here’s how its going to go:

Pullup –> Squat –> Pushup –> Leg Raise

  • 12 Hanging Frog Raises
  • 10 Full Pullups
  • 12 Pistol Squats ( Left )
  • 12 Pistol Squats ( Right )
  • Nine 1/2 One-Arm Pushups ( Left )
  • Nine 1/2 One-Arm Pushups ( Right )
  • 10 Partial Straight Leg Raises

 

25th of October, 2012 — Workout — Full Pullups & Pistol Squats

The ol’ Left Knee wasn’t being too cooperative with me for todays workout, so I had to cut the Pistol Squats down a set. I smashed it into a desk at work today, kind of been a bit swollen and sore most of the day.

Good sets for my Pullup series today, I almost quit on set two because of my knee, but I fought through it. My arm’s / shoulders were not bothering me so I know I knew I’d be fine. Just the whiner popping up! Can’t progress unless you push yourself. MUST PERSEVERE!

Good workout today convicts! Hope you pushed yourself today, I know I’ve been a bit lacking the past few days so it was a nice feeling to crank out some good sets. I’ll be back in a bit to address those comments!

So, thank you everyone how’s left me comments / posts recently. I’m super busy at the moment, and my girlfriend surprised me this weekend! – Didnt leave me too much time to catch up on things. It was hard enough to squeak in a workout this evening. Although she did sign us up for a ‘hot’ yoga class on Saturday. Literally was like doing yoga in a sauna. First time I’ve almost passed out working out haha. Anyway, I’ve set aside a few hours tomorrow to catch up on comments and such – again thanks for leaving me them! I do read them and I’ll get a response back 🙂

Shoulders are a bit rough today, going to have to take it easy. Hot damn, my wrist on my right wrist was giving me some trouble. BOOOOOO!!! I don’t like it when I can’t perform to my full capability.
