24th May, 2012 — Workout — Pullups & Squats

Today’s workout was kind of rushed. I still kept with my 120 second rest between sets of the Pullup routine, but during that time I squeezed in the Squat routine.

Overall it was an excellent workout, despite the crunched timeframe. It was almost aerobic, my heart rate didn’t get a chance to really come down, as soon as I had finished my Horizontal Pulls, I went right into the Supported Squats.

Warmup: Horizontal Pulls

  • 10 Horizontal Pulls
  • 10 Horizontal Pulls

Set 1:

  • 10 Horizontal Pulls
  • 8 Horizontal Pulls

Set 2:

  • 9 Horizontal Pulls
  • 9 Horizontal Pulls

Set 3:

  • 8 Horizontal Pulls
  • 8 Horizontal Pulls
