4th of June, 2013 — Workout — Boxing

Hey Convicts,

More punching bag, and almost puking fun! Gotta love it when hitting the mitts with the trainer and he notices you’re tired and then pushes you even harder. No way you’re going to quit at this point because he wont let you live that one down. I also like digging down deep, and overcoming my bodies desire to quit. It’s crazy how much you can overcome by willpower. Your body wants to shut down, but if you’re strong willed you wont break. You’ll bend a hell of alot though.

As with all my boxing training, everything is three, three minute rounds, with one minute break.
