Set 1: Wide Grip Pushups

  • 12 Wide Grip Pushups

Set 2: Half One-Arm Pushups

  • 8 Half One-Arm Pushups ( Left )
  • 8 Half One-Arm Pushups ( Right )

      I’ll work on posting a video of my 1/2 One-Arm Pushup form here this week not that I’m about 95% fully recovered and ready to workout again.

  1. I done my first pistol last night with my right leg at least 🙂

    I was on step 7 but thought I wouild give one pistol a go as the basketball was awkward and I managed to do one. Just gonna work on them now and maybe do Step 9 on my left leg.

      AWESOME! Congrats my friend. Yeah, after I did my first Uneven Squat I decided to give the full Pistol a go. Took me a few tries to get the balance down, but now that I’ve been doing them for a bit now, they’re awesome. Keep it up brotha.

      How’s the rest of your Convict Conditioning progressions coming along?
