3rd of October, 2012 — Workout — Half Hand Stand Pushup

Started things off by beating myself up with the Jump Rope, obviously not literally. I went with 10 rounds Jump Roping today, but I pushed myself very hard the entire time. It was excellent! I was super motivated to workout today, and was very happy that the rain held off. That’s why there was no warmup set today though, I didnt want to risk the rain.

It wasn’t as epic as I had hoped – rep wise – but

Sets 1-10: Jump Rope

  • 3 Min Jump Rope

Set 1: Half Hand Stand Pushup

  • 11 Half Hand Stand Pushups

Set 2:

  • 8 Half Hand Stand Pushups

Set 3:

  • 9 Half Hand Stand Pushups
