1st of August, 2012 — Workout — Pullups & Squats

OK Convicters Lets get this show on the road!

Warming up with some Weighted Jump Rope. Six – Three minute rounds with one minute break between each round.

Not going to go crazy today, so I’m only going to do a few workouts today. Starting off with some good ol’ Horizontal Pulls and then doing the Squat routine. Should be a good workout for today.

Just noticed that I only do ten Horizontal Pulls for my warmups instead of 12 … awfully strange – Never noticed that before!

Its hard doing these Half Pullups on rings. My arms naturally twist in, so hard to fight them to stay palms out. When I move into my new apt this weekend I’ll have a Pullup / Dip station so it should be a bit easier.

Solid workout today, nice to be able to get two sets of 12 with the Uneven Squats. Getting stronger every day!

Set 3:

  • 12 Uneven Squats ( Left )
  • 12 Uneven Squats ( Right )
