These bad boys were far too easy. I’m going to alter it the next time. Don’t have much time to write a lot at the moment, I will post later in the day with a followup.

Warmup:

  • 25 Half Pushups
  • 25 Half Pushups
  • 5 Full Pushups

Set 1:

  • 10 Full Pushups
  • 10 Full Pushups

Set 2:

  • 10 Full Pushups
  • 10 Full Pushups

Set 3:

  • 10 Full Pushups
  • 20 Full Pushups
