3rd May, 2012 — Workout — Horizontal Pulls

So I was trying to figure out what I could do to kill some time this evening so I decided to workout again. Its been a few days since I’ve done this exercise.

First set – first 10 reps – sixth rep [ I normally use a pullup grip of palms facing away ], things got rough so I switched it up to a chin-up grip of palms facing towards me. to finish it up.

It’s rough, but I am taking my time in between sets so that I’m able to complete them fully, and with good form

Set 2 – Think I got my second wind, didn’t seem to struggle too much ’til the last one. A good song came on for my last 10 so I had to push myself with the little adrenaline rush it gave me.

Warmup:

  • 10 Horizontal Pulls
  • 10 Horizontal Pulls

Set 1:

  • 10 Horizontal Pulls
  • 10 Horizontal Pulls

Set 2:

  • 10 Horizontal Pulls
  • 12 Horizontal Pulls
